Marc Lowe in Dung Foo II Revenge of the Black Nail kung-fu movie by Prickly Succulent is a proposed feature film. Prick is a pro LGBT Native American artist and movie director. He had a chat with Bruce Lee while having a peyote vision and Bruce told Succulent to make this movie. Marc Lowe is an infamous and not famous fake musician who makes noise nobody can stand to listen to in the Tokyo slums. Yet, somehow, this unathletic hoser with a gigantic nose was recommended by the great Bruce Lee. If Prickly can get Hollywood funding, he will make this film. Not sure who he will cast to play Marc Lowe in the unlikely event Marc turns down the role of a lifetime in what could be his only shot at legitimate fame. The soundtrack will feature NOT Marc Lowe and therefore should kick ass!

There has been a legend around the stand up scene of a white Joe Quesada. House of numbers full movie What is HIV? What is AIDS? What is being done to cure it? These questions sent Canadian filmmaker Brent Leung on a worldwide journey, from the highest echelons of the medical research establishment to the slums of South Africa, where death and disease are the order of the day. In this up-to-the-minute documentary, he observes that although AIDS has been front-page news for over 29 years, it is barely understood. Despite the great effort, time, and money spent, no cure is in sight. Born in 1980 (on the cusp of the epidemic), Leung reveals a research establishment in disarray, and health policy gone tragically off course. Gaining access to a remarkable array of the most prominent and influential figures in the field -- among them the co-discoverers of HIV, presidential advisors, Nobel laureates, and the Executive Director of UNAIDS, as well as survivors and activists -- his restrained approach yields surprising revelations and stunning contradictions. The HIV/AIDS story is being rewritten, and this is the first film to present the uncensored POVs of virtually all the major players -- in their own settings, in their own words. It rocks the foundation upon which all conventional wisdom regarding HIV/AIDS is based. If, as South African health advocate Pephsile Maseko remarks, "this is the beginning of a war...a war to reclaim our health," then House of Numbers could well be the opening salvo in the battle to bring sanity and clarity to an epidemic clearly gone away.
In Book Three of BJ Hoff's bestselling Emerald Ballad saga set near the middle of the 19th century, Irish patriot Morgan Fitzgerald, felled by a gunman's bullet, strives to restore his life and reclaim his future. But even as he takes steps to provide a home for Belfast orphan Annie Delaney and nurture his love for the beautiful, mute Finola, he finds himself again locked in a fierce battle with the powers of darkness.
In America, Morgan's friends Michael Burke and Nora Whittaker discover that the "Land of Opportunity" also teems with poverty, injustice, and corruption. From the opulence of Fifth Avenue to the squalor of the city's slums, he fights against not only the evil running riot through the streets, but the immoral schemes of an old enemy bent on destroying Michael, the woman he loves, and his only son.

Surviving Indiaâs slums is a daily struggle, but one that may be getting a little easier for thousands of impoverished families thanks to an innovative mobile hospital.

Since World War II North Americans have invested much of their new found wealth in suburbia. It has promised a sense of space, affordability, family life and upward mobility. As the population of suburban sprawl has exploded in the past 50 years, so too has the suburban way of life become embedded in the American consciousness.
Suburbia, and all it promises, has become the American Dream.
But as we enter the 21st century, serious questions are beginning to emerge about the sustainability of this way of life. With brutal honesty and a touch of irony, The End of Suburbia explores the American Way of Life and its prospects as the planet approaches a critical era, as global demand for fossil fuels begins to outstrip supply. World Oil Peak and the inevitable decline of fossil fuels are upon us now, some scientists and policy makers argue in this documentary.
The consequences of inaction in the face of this global crisis are enormous. What does Oil Peak mean for North America? As energy prices skyrocket in the coming years, how will the populations of suburbia react to the collapse of their dream? Are today's suburbs destined to become the slums of tomorrow? And what can be done NOW, individually and collectively, to avoid The End of Suburbia ?

Hubert Vo (D-Houston) was called a "slumlord" in a recent Houston Chronicle editorial -- and rightly so. The apartments he owns around Houston are as dilapidated as his abysmal voting record in the Texas Legislature. He's also apparently used his official office in an attempt to thwart police investigations of those properties. Mister Vo's neighborhoods don't look so safe... Well, except the multi-million-dollar mansion those slums have let him buy. Mr. Vo, your neighbors and voters should be ashamed of you.
ELITE SQUAD is an intense and astonishing look at Rio de Janeiro's notorious favelas, the volatile slums on the edge of the city, presenting an intimate look at the city's vast and intricate web of corruption. The elite BOPE force (State Police Special Operations Battalion) combats drug trafficking, keeping order has its price though and their actions make it difficult to distinguish right from wrong and justice from revenge. BOPE Captain Nascimento (Wagner Moura) is facing a crisis: in addition to the pressures of fighting within war zones, the Captain must find and train his own replacement so he can escape the day to day violence and be close to his wife who is about to give birth to their first child. Two of the force's newest recruits, are childhood friends: one is quick on the trigger to maintain order and the other refuses to compromise his ideals. Together they are the perfect replacement. Alone they may not have what it takes to survive.

One night in the New Orleans slums, vicious hoodlum Blackie (Jack Palance) and his friends kill an illegal immigrant who won too much in a card game. Next morning, Dr. Clint Reed (Richard Widmark-this time not seen pushing little old ladies in wheelchairs down the stairs) of the Public Health Service confirms the dead man had pneumonic plague. To prevent a catastrophic epidemic, Clint must find and inoculate the killers and their associates, with the reluctant aid of police captain Tom Warren (Paul Douglas), despite official skepticism, and in total secrecy, lest panic empty the city. Can a doctor turn detective? He has 48 hours to try.

A rich business man has moved into Windsor and has decided to set up a bistro. Unfortunately, some slum people have a crackhouse across the street.
