Hello. Curry rice is a drink and a cat is snuff.
I love not only cats but also dogs. I'm Tammy.
This channel is to introduce various music videos mainly of Japanese artists.
I want to share wonderful songs and time with you.
This time, I‘ll introduce the song of Tomonari Sora, Feast of Demons.
As you can see from the thumbnail, this song has a strong Japanese taste.
It became popular by word of mouth gradually.
The ultimately simple design of this MV works effectively.
Viewers are drunk with the distinctive rhythm and particular view of the world
and wander into the demons’ feast without even realizing it.
I’m looking forward to your comment.

Not only one of the landmark records of the disco era, Donna Summer's "I Feel Love" also anticipated the emergence of techno -- sleek, pulsating, and sensual, its signature galloping bass line and sequencer-driven rhythm established the sonic blueprint for virtually all of the dance music to follow in its wake. Written by Summer in tandem with her longtime production team of Giorgio Moroder and Peter Bellotte, upon its 1977 release "I Feel Love" heralded a massive shift from the lushly orchestral disco records popular during the middle of the decade toward a harder-edged, electronic approach -- completely computer-generated, the song's futuristic sheen combines with its dreamily orgasmic vocal to create an experience that's both clinically remote and primally erotic. Summer's second Top Ten hit, "I Feel Love" ranks alongside Brian Eno's Another Green World and Kraftwerk's Trans Europe Express among the era's seminal electronic recordings, and is perhaps even more pivotal because of its mainstream success; a subsequent 20-minute remix by Patrick Cowley pushed the envelope even further, while in 1985 the Jimmy Somerville-led Bronski Beat recorded a hit cover featuring Marc Almond.

Can we talk about the buffer boomerang technique? Stand Out Get Noticed podcast (The C Method Episode 283) guest Richard Blank.
Christina Canters: Can we talk about the buffer boomerang technique? Because you held up the piece of paper and for the people who are listening on the audio, can you explain, so I'm gonna read it now. So at one side there's buffer and a two in the circle, and then there's a, it's like a smiley face. And at the other end of the smiley face it says boomerang.
And underneath it says, that is a good question. Can you explain, Richard, what the buffer boomerang
Richard Blank: technique is? Well, you saw the negative two in the buffer cuz someone's negative. And so what I need to do is I need to buffer the negative name, drop you to get your attention. Again, I can't say it's a great question every time.
You can't beat that horse of death, but let's just use it to the, that's an excellent question. Repeat the question back, which I did to Aaron, and then send it, and if your audience can't see or the ones that can, I was smiling the entire time talking to you, and I was leaning forward the entire time using my hands as illustrators.
To give myself that balance and rhythm. I mean, you could tell, and there are certain extended pauses. I like to adjust my voice to go really high and then to loud whispers to make a statement.
Christina Canters: So why is that effective? Why, why is that
Richard Blank: effective? Because monotony, you only catch a, a monotonous speaking in monotone.
You catch one in five. So you really need to, it's almost like a dessert tray, Christina, you, you don't bring everything out on one level. You know how they have it stacked in different levels so you can see it and enjoy it. Each one deserves its own marquee and imagery, and so each one deserves its pause to see if there's a positive or negative reinforcement.
You never know, and I don't like jumping the gun because some people could be so amazed. And they're pondering and they're waiting to say something back. And so I love to allow people to feel more comfortable with me, to become more engaged in a conversation. This is not a lecture, and I'm not just checking off boxes and, and, and interrogating you.
It's a conversation con with sation. And it's, I mean, my, I don't learn anything new when I. I love hearing what other people have to say to see what I have in common. And I get a lot of compliments for being a very good listener. And I take copious notes. I believe in meeting minutes because there's accountability.
People might forget something. And it's just an excellent way to avoid any sort of conflict and, and you could take the initiative, you can be proactive, you can make sure the target dates are hit and the times to call back are. , um, everyone needs to lead the dance. Might as well be you and allowing them to think that they are, which is fine.

“I love to allow people to feel more comfortable with me, to become more engaged in a conversation. This is not a lecture, and I’m not just checking off boxes and interrogating you. It’s a conversation. And it’s I mean, I don’t learn anything new when I speak. I love hearing what other people have to say to see what I have in common.”
This is Richard Blank’s story…
My name is Richard Blank and I’m the CEO of Costa Rica’s Call Center. I’m skilled in reading phonetic micro expressions and use this to my advantage when speaking with people, especially over the phone.
I’ve found that by using someone’s name, asking how their company is doing, and sharing interesting facts about myself, I’m able to build rapport and influence the person I’m speaking with. This has been beneficial in both my personal and professional life.
In this episode, you will discover:
Phonetics is the purest form of communication, the sound of speech, not the semantics or even the tone.
The tone of voice should always be positive and empathetic.
0 seconds to 2 minutes is the best time to gauge a person.
How to gauge someone. They discuss some of the techniques they use to do it.
Richard believes in open-ended questions and specific name drops.
He also believes in the art of speech and meeting minutes to avoid conflict.
Richard’s advice to people is to be authentic.
When he was in his 20s, he tried to change his personality for a job interview, but he realised it was not going to work for him. Now he allows people to grow naturally.
He believes that people that feel seen, they feel heard, and they feel like they matter through the way that they communicate with others.
Richard’s journey in the call center space is filled with twists and turns. When he was 27 years old, he relocated to Costa Rica to train employees for one of the larger call centers in San Jose. With a mix of motivational public speaking style backed by tactful and appropriate rhetoric, Richard shared his knowledge and trained over 10 000 bilingual telemarketers. Richard Blank has the largest collection of restored American Pinball machines and antique Rockola Jukeboxes in Central America making gamification a strong part of CCC culture.Richard Blank is the Chief Executive Officer for Costa Rica’s Call Center since 2008.
Mr. Richard Blank holds a bachelors degree in Communication and Spanish from the University of Arizona and a certificate of language proficiency from the University of Sevilla, Spain. A Keynote speaker for Philadelphia's Abington High School 68th National Honors Society induction ceremony. Giving back to Abington Senior High School is very important to Mr. Blank. Teena Marie Brockert, under the stage name Teena Marie:
Teena Marie (born Mary Christine Brockert; March 5, 1956 – December 26, 2010) was an American pop/R&B/soul singer-songwriter and producer. She was known by her childhood nickname Tina[1] before taking the stage name Teena Marie and later acquired the nickname Lady Tee (sometimes spelled Lady T), given to her by her collaborator and friend, Rick James.
She was known for her distinctive soprano vocals,[2][3][4] which caused many listeners to believe she was black.[5] Her success in R&B and soul music, and loyalty to these genres would earn her the title Ivory Queen of Soul. She played rhythm guitar, keyboards, and congas, and wrote, produced, sang, and arranged virtually all of her songs since her 1980 release, Irons in the Fire, which she later said was her favorite album. Marie was a three-time Grammy Award nominee.[6]

When I heard it the first time, I thought Central Line was an All- American band of the early '80s since they released a single, "Walking into Sunshine", but I never realized they were British.
In early 1978, four of the TFB members rejoined and expanded the previous format by recruiting Linton Beckles (born Linton Charles Beckles, December 17, 1955 - April 3, 2015) and Kim "Jake" Le Mesurier (oldest son). English actors John Le Mesurier and Hattie Jacques and brother of longtime guitarist Rod Stewart Robin Le Mesurier). The band decided that they needed a new identity, and Defoe came up with the name Central Line because the band was running after a funk and soul center line.

"Walking Into Sunshine" by Central Line is by far their biggest hit. This mix done by Larry Levan has reserved use of synths, perfectly catchy vocals and a lackadaisical beat all of which create a super balanced mix. Not rare, hard to find or even expensive, just a nice solid anti-nine to five tune.
A classic, inspiring song bringing together art, culture and nature into soulful Afro-beat rhythm.

Taken from their last album, "Goodbye Blue Sky"
Here is the story behind their last album:
Goodbye Blue Sky is the seventh and final studio album by Godley & Creme. Released in 1988, the album generated two singles, "Little Piece of Heaven" and "10,000 Angels" as well as videos for those two singles.
The album featured backup vocals by three future members of 1990s dance band Londonbeat.
Making of[edit]
The album is notable through its use of harmonicas, which are used substantially on most tracks.
In a 1988 interview with Pulse! magazine, they said:
“ We also decided to use other musicians on the album for the first time ever, to get back to a real live band feel, and that's when we started auditioning harp players," adds Godley. "And to our surprise, we found that there's a huge range - everything from bass to treble - but that traditionally harmonicas are always played as solo instruments. They're never played in groups."
"So naturally we thought, 'Why not use a harmonica section?"' Creme continues. "And after auditioning a bunch of players, none of whom had ever played with another harp player, we finally selected two guys - Mark Felton (sic) and Mitt Gamon -and began laying down rhythm tracks at my home studio.
"Next, we brought in three black backup singers - George Chandler, Jimmy Helms and Jimmy Chambers - whom we'd met on the Paul Young video, and started building up the tracks. The interesting thing is that the more we got into the sounds, the more we began re-writing the songs to suit the singers or the harp players.
