We reach the concluding episode of the Summer In The City 2007 journey, where we visit the BBC World Service's HQ at Bush House, also Australia House, go to church and end up at the pub!
The walk takes us to Aldwych where we find the magnificent Bush House, home of the BBC World Service.
We then take a look at Australia House before entering St. Clements Church, spiritual home of the military Royal Air Force. At midday we hear the bells playing the nursery rhyme 'Oranges and Lemons' - see the website http://www.rhymes.org.uk/oranges_and_lemons.htm which shows the lyrics that mentions this church.
After this church visit it's time to go over the road to that age old British institution for some very different spirits, the public house (or 'pub'). The George has been around for hundreds of years and is a great place to finally rest our legs after that long journey.

Taj Lake Palace, Udaipur, India-Taj Lake Palace Udaipur Travel Video Review
The Taj Lake Palace Hotel in Udaipur, India, is a lacy white marble jewel sitting in the middle of Lake Pichola in the lovely city of Udaipur in the state of Rajasthan in India 300 miles southwest of Delhi, India. Taj Lake was one of the four palaces of an Indian maharana who made Udaipur in India his royal city because he thought it was so beautiful.
If you stay at the Taj Lake Palace and come by air from Delhi, India, Taj Lake in Udaipur, India, will pick you up in an antique convertible by a driver in a beautiful turban. Taj Lake Palace, in Udaipur, India, has staff who greet you by holding a silk umbrella over your head to protect you from the Rajasthan desert sun, at Taj Lake Palace in Udaipur, India.
Presented in the NY fashion show, the SS 2008 Z Zegna collection has been designed for city survival in the urban landscape and focuses on constantly contrasting compositions and proportions. Voluminous shapes and fluidity are essential for the season creating a light air; expressed through loosely fitted silhouettes in paper touch fabrics with precise tailoring and couture detailing. Sicilian white tones reflect the summer sun and indigo blues recall the travel diaries of epic explorers. Canvas backpacks, desert masks and roman sandals in crisp whites complete the journey..www.zegna.com

“This video clip was captured at the 500 kV Eldorado substation near Boulder City, Nevada by power company engineers and maintenance staff. It shows a three-phase air disconnect switcher attempting to open the high voltage supply to a large three phase shunt line reactor. The power company was having difficulty cleanly disconnecting one phase of the line reactor and had set up a special test to videotape a switching event so that they could diagnose the problem. The engineers had also made arrangements to “kill” the experiment by manually tripping an upstream circuit breaker.”

Things to Come opens with a near-future forecast of Christmas 1940 in the metropolis of Everytown (obviously London), a city threatened by world war. Pacifist intellectuals, such as John Cabal (Massey), try to turn the tide. But Cabal's efforts go unheeded by the self-interested classes, and war arrives with tanks and aeroplanes and gas bombs. Everytown is destroyed by air raids (dramatically enacted four years before the real thing). The war continues for thirty years, its original purpose forgotten. As a result, civilization degenerates while the Wandering Sickness and devastation accelerate the spiral down until 1970, when the world has crumbled into a balkanized Mad Max Dark Ages. Everytown is ruled by a barbaric warlord, the Boss (Ralph Richardson), as the war continues on a Medieval scale.
