When I was 28 years old, I suddenly lost my job after 10 years in the Navy and found myself sleeping on my parent’s couch. I had to start all over.
I knew I wanted to have a successful business, so I invested $25,000 and 1 year of my life to learn from my coach and mentor how he built his business to 7-figures.

When I was 28 years old, I suddenly lost my job after 10 years in the Navy and found myself sleeping on my parent’s couch. I had to start all over.

From working at his friend’s customer service company, Richard decided to leave his former job and build his own business to pursue new opportunities. Costa Rica’s Call Center was established in 2007 and has been running for over 15 years and has 150 FTEs.
Richard has said that growing a small business requires taking time to decompress yourself in order to maintain a healthy and balanced lifestyle that will help you perform well in the business. So he says, “If you are level and in control, throughout your day because a character is judged during the chaos.”

Richard’s vision quest journey is filled with twists and turns. When he was 27 years old, he relocated to Costa Rica to train employees for one of the larger call centers in San Jose. With a mix of motivational public speaking style backed by tactful and appropriate rhetoric, Richard shared his knowledge and trained over 10 000 bilingual telemarketers.
