PoK, December 25, 2018:- These people who spent their entire career in a state of subservience to Islamabad directed government of Pakistan occupied Kashmir, are compelled to demonstrate against the same authority in order to demand the rightful share of their pension. Expressing their resentment, a large number of protestors gathered in Muzaffarabad and raised slogans against the officers of Azad Kashmir Logging and Sawmills Corporation also known as AKLASC demanding their salaries and pensions. The protests that have been seeking the payment of blocked salaries and pensions from the authorities for years have witnessed a sudden escalation of late with more and more people expressing solidarity with the former employees. Protestors say that government has been making false promises for years and has not been doing anything to walk the talk.
