Mario Anguiano Moreno en el marco de la Reunión Regional del Comité de Informática de la Administración Pública Estatal y Municipal, dentro el Seminario de innovación gubernamental 2012 en el que ponentes de estados de La Región Occidente del país reconocieron los avances de Gobierno del Estado de Colima en tecnologías de información.
