In Pop artist LexRox's video "Go All In," LexRox takes down a challenger in a video filled with boxing scenes and plenty of excitement and good music. LexRox is letting the masses know that if you think got the stuff it takes to be a pop star in the music business, you have to put in some hard work along with your talent for it to pay off ! "Go All In" is a summer jam. It's fun watching LexRox at a house party taking on Thumb Wrestling, Rock paper scissors, and Nerf guns, and coming out a winner against the other guy, who is not a good loser. The edits cut to the music breaks tightly. LexRox gives a great vocal performance on this tune and even raps a little. The track is pumping with intense keyboards and bass, great for dancing or just listening to for fun. if you have young music fans, they'll love this cut. I'd like to see her on rotation with Disney, as this young talent certainly has the goods. Email: tv@musicdish.net Website: http://www.

Manny Pacquiao is one of my favorite boxers. This highlight video I found on YouTube really impressed me, and was my introduction to the boxer.
"He is the first eight-division world champion; having won six world titles, as well as the first to win the lineal championship in four different weight classes. He was named "Fighter of the Decade" for the 2000s by the Boxing Writers Association of America (BWAA). He is also a three-time The Ring and BWAA "Fighter of the Year", winning the award in 2006, 2008, and 2009.
Currently, Pacquiao is the WBO welterweight champion (Super Champion). He is also rated as the best pound for pound boxer in the world by some sporting news and boxing websites, including The Ring, BoxRec.com and Sporting Life."
This video was created by YouTube user Hero1. I take no credit at all.
Muay Thai boxing is a sport that has been around for thousands of years, and is still practiced today as a professional sport as well as a hobby. It is the national sport of Thailand, and is practiced by millions of Thai men. It is often compared to Thailand in the way that soccer is compared to Ecuador, or hockey to Canada. Muay Thai If you've ever watched a match on television, you know that it is an extremely brutal sport. If you're interested in martial arts at all, it is important to become familiar with Muay Thai, since it is a very popular form. Here are some of the basics of the sport. A Muay Thai match focuses as much on ceremony as it does on beating the spit out of the opponent. Before each match, the two fighters do their opening rituals, which usually reflect the training of their masters, or the schools at which they learned their fighting technique. Since Muay Thai is often a deeply religious sport, some of the fighers will pray by themselves or with their coaches before getting started, in an effort to increase their ability. Next is the Wai Kru ritual, in which the fighters circle each other around the ring, which signifies sealing it off for the fight. Muay Thai focuses on 8 parts of the body that act as striking points.

There are dozens of techniques in mma fighting and few can master them all. Most guys come from one of the main disciplines; boxing, wrestling, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu etc and so they have distinct strengths and weaknesses. A wrestler will want to get in close and get to the floor at the first opportunity, a boxer will prefer to stay upright and use a combination of hands and knees to exercise control of the fight. Whoever you are and whatever your background you will need to work on your core strength to maximise this area but you will also and perhaps, more importantly, need to hone your skills in the areas where you are weak. Everyone has weaknesses no matter how seemingly unbeatable and it's ensuring that you have a fully rounded training program that will ultimately bring you success in your fighting career. Turning weakness into strength is key; how many times have you witnessed fighters who look like they're beaten suddenly turning the tables by using Houdini style escape moves and who have the ability to apply and execute brutal locks, even when in a vulnerable position.
http:/*****ly/w34OZG JOE FRAZIER DEAD November 7, 2011 Joe Frazier, hard-striking boxing heavyweight who handed the legendary Muhammad Ali his first defeat, died Monday, soon after being identified with liver cancer, his family stated inside a statement.
The first kind heavyweight champion, who had been 67, grew to become a legend in the own right and personified the gritty working-class type of his hard-knuckled home town, Philadelphia -- an appropriate setting for that "Rocky" film series, starring Sylvester Stallone as hardscrabble boxer Rocky Balboa.
"You can hear him coming, snorting and grunting and puffing, just like a steam engine climbing a steep grade," Bill Lyon authored inside a Philadelphia Inquirer column about Frazier, nicknamed Smokin' Joe.
"He was swarming and unwavering, and that he prided themself he never required a backward step, and that he reduced the Sweet Science for this brutal little bit of elemental math: 'I'll allow you to struck me five occasions if you'll allow me to hit ...
