The group is taken to a disused prison on the island where they have to determine the longitude and latitude of the island, create a radio from a saucepan and create an insect repellent.
One second, you're on top of Stilwater City, running the 3rd Street Saints to own everyone and everything on the island. The next thing you know, you're caught up in a yacht explosion... A lot happens when a person is in a coma. Years have passed, and the city is a different place. New gangs, new personalities, and your crew isn't even there anymore. All you've got is the prison jumpsuit on your back and a new friend that helps break you out.

Bhaktamar Stotra - by Acharya Mantunga - Hindi Anuwad
Bhaktamara Stotra is the most famous of the Jain Sanskrit Prayers
The name Bhaktamara is composed of two Sanskrit names, "Bhakta" (Devotee) and "Amar" (Immortal). So, it is said that by recitation of this Stotra, a person gets free from the worldly bonds, attains salvation, and hence becomes immortal.
According to legends given in several Jain texts, monk Manatunga was chained and imprisoned by the local King Bhoja. Manatunga composed his stotra (hymn) in the prison and after completion of each verse, a chain broke / a door broke and Acharya Manatunga was completely free when all the verses were finished.

The short film “Born in Prison” was developed to explore the hidden name of the God of the Bible, YHWH (Yahweh), and the consequences of its concealment. I say hidden because it was systematically removed and replaced with “LORD” in most translations. The reasons are many, but tradition seems to be the main culprit. Many documentary style films exist that cover this topic, but “Born in Prison” is unique in its dramatic narrative approach. My hope is that “Born in Prison” will encourage people to think about the things they believe, why they believe them, and do some fact finding on their own.

Forgive Us Our Debts combines a classic parable about forgiveness with the teachings of Jesus to his disciples. Jesus shows his love by teaching that forgiveness is from God, as he instructs Peter to catch a fish where he’ll find a coin in its mouth to pay the temple tax.
Jesus teaches about a man who owes his king ten thousand talents, which is an enormous amount of money, that he can’t pay. The king takes pity and forgives him of the debt. Yet, the forgiven man leaves and immediately casts another, who owes him almost nothing, into prison.

Georgia is going to the polls on Monday in a crucial day for the future of the country.
Tension is high after images of prison guard abusing inmates were broadcasted on national television. The scandal sparked protests across the country and damaged the government's reputation.
Earlier this year, the European Commission expressed its concern over Georgia's state of democracy and judicial system. Many international observers, including a handful of MEPs, are in the country to monitor the smooth running of the elections and avoid any possible fraud.
'There are quite crucial elections taking place in Georgia today. They are being observed by OSCE/ODIHR team. We expect our preliminary reports tomorrow, after which we will issue our reaction. We have made very clear that the expectations for this elections are extremely high and they will determine the intensity and pace of our relations with Georgia', said European Commission's spokerperson Maja Kocijancic.

The reality novel A Poet and Bin-Laden set in Central Asia at the turn of the 21st century against a swirling backdrop of Islamic fundamentalism in the Ferghana Valley and beyond, gives a first-hand account on the militants and Taliban's internal life.
The novel begins on the eve of 9/11, with the narrator's haunting description of the airplane attack on the Twin Towers as seen on TV while he is on holiday in Central Asia; and tells the story of an Uzbek poet Belgi, who was disappointed in the authoritarian regime in Uzbekistan and became a terrorist in the eyes of the world. His journey begins with a search for a Sufi spiritual master and ends in guerrilla warfare, and it is this tension between a transcendental and a violent response to oppression, between the book and the bomb, between Archipelago GULAG and modern Central Asia and Afghanistan, that gives the novel its specific poignancy.
In this book Hamid Ismailov masterfully intertwines fiction with documentary and provides wonderfully vivid accounts of historical events such as the siege of Kunduz, the breakout from Shebergan prison and the insurgency in the Ferghana Valley as witnessed by the Byronian figure of Belgi, who enters the inner sanctum of al-Qaeda, and ultimately meets Sheikh bin Laden himself.
