From 1984 to 1991, head coach of Takanawadai High School, Tokai University. From 1991 to 1994 he was the head coach of the Danish national team. From 2007 to 2010, the head coach of the Chinese national team. As a judo specialist, he is constantly invited to conduct seminars around the world. In the film, Kenji Mitsumoto conducts a workshop for coaches on basic judo. Here he analyzed the methods of protection against tricks and throws. He talked about the ways and methods of falling. He pointed out the mistakes made during teaching. He showed how to move around correctly. You will see some preparatory exercises for beginner judokas. The film is intended for coaches and athletes, as well as judo lovers.
