Eiko invites Shin to go out with her as she investigate the abandoned Japanese Coast Guard Deep Submergence Vehicle. Eiko reveals to Shin how Ryo had been potentially guilty when he agreed to consent to a brain transfer for Jun, which explained the appearance of Yuki a few days by Shin and Ryo. Eiko also tells Shin of an attack that she experienced in college as a nautical diver. In the midst of the investigation in the waters near the Ayanagi City coastline, the same feathers began to cover almost the entire sea. Shin once again encounters the mysterious woman in a dream, trying to reach out to him.
Neil's parents, the Principal and Miss Prigg think they know what they're doing...but they have bad intelligence and the result could be worse than anything George W. failed to anticipate.

Episode Guide: The Anger's End - Reiji, Daisuke, and Rockaku have only a few hours to get a special stone to qualify for the tournament. Rockaku decides to take a nap and tells them that this will prove whether they should be able to be on his team or not. Reiji and Daisuke find a bunch of stones huddled together, but it turns out to be a trap set by the two twins from before. They use their dragons to ambush Reiji and Daisuke. Daisuke orders Reiji to stay out of the fight so he can prove his strength. Daisuke is severely overpowered, but refuses to give up. Touched by his determination, the sister of the twins gives Daisuke an orb and tells him that he deserves it because she wants to see somebody like him make it to the next rounds so they can defeat him. But, it is all a trick and Daisuke is attacked by both dragons and defeated. Reiji gets very angry at the twins for tricking Daisuke like that and begins to go into a rage. Chibi's body begins to turn black and seems to have become more powerful.

THE BURROWERS is a horror western with monsters coming to theaters in 2009. Amanda and I had another Thursday meeting - we worked on Episode 9, and recorded some VO for the end of 8. Re-wrote a large block of the 9 script to include things I'd left out. Picked out some music. And decided on the next teaser. Moving along.
We can't wait to release the next episode. I didn't realize how much I miss that feeling of excitement from the first few waves of reactions.
