He thought of a society where everyone will access the right to get education from top to bottom without any discrimination. He did his Schooling from Govt. School and Masters degree from University of Rajasthan. He has been joint secretary of University of Rajasthan in 1981. With this background he is firmly determined to do some innovations in the field of education. He founded Rawat Sr. Sec. School in 1983 in Vivek Vihar. Gradually he started different branches of schools and colleges under the banner of Rawat Educational Group.
