http://www.rippedology.com How to get Ripped Abs: Week 0 * So this is it. January 1st 2011. To be honest I have never been one to do the whole New Year's resolution thing. Always thought they were a little cliche, but what the hell. It's a new year, a chance at a new beginning. A fresh start. Today I want to share with you my beginning, and hopefully it will help you to mark yours. You see I have been on a mission to get lean and ripped abs for as long as I can remember. This is probably as a result of being a fat kid, and going through what they call the "chubby phase". Each week I will be posting a new video of my progress, along with photos, measurements, etc. Along the way I will share with you the plan that I have shared with the Rippedology team. So you can see what we are doing, and why we are doing it. As the tag line says. Rippedology is about making Fat Loss Simple. In order to get rid of all the stubborn body fat we have to work with our bodies, and not against them. You may be asking what the hell do I know. In spite of my failures in the past, I have learned an amazing amount about how the body works, and how we build muscle and lose fat. About two years ago, I stumbled onto some science that I earlier dismissed as B.S. It was when I began to question the very foundation of my beliefs that I saw amazing results. And I lost a lot of body fat effortlessly while maintaining muscle, sanity, and my health. Plus as an added bonus, it was a lot of fun! I'll tell you more soon. But I slipped, due to the stress of a brutal divorce, and custody battle.This week my plan is to start a little lazily. Which I recommend for anyone beginning a new plan. I will begin implementing rippedology fasting protocol, as well as calorie cycling. Also a day of weight training to kick us off.
