We have developed a contract for the citizens of the state of Illinois. This contract will hold me responsible, to you the people for the work I'm doing for you. This contract is as follows, firstly I will hold a town hall meeting once a quarter throughout the state. Second, we will randomly call on one family to meet with them to take to them about their concerns and also talk to their neighbors about their concerns that they have for this state of Illinois and for the country. Third, we will electronically update everybody that has signed this contract once a quarter to make sure that they are on top of everything we are doing.
