A competitor of Resorts 360 and a major seller of home based travel businesses is facing a lawsuit in
California. The defendants offer a monthly subscription program similar to that offered by the Resorts 360 Vacation Club (Resorts360). California Attorney General Jerry Brown said they were operating a gigantic
pyramid scheme. He said the program was immensly profitable for a few people at the top and almost
no one else. Resorts 360 is not named in the lawsuit.
