The video is designed to provide tips to help consumers easily navigate challenges around eating for better heart health. In an effort to encourage women to lead a more healthy lifestyle, Chiquita Brands International and Fresh ExpressâÂÂmarket leaders in fresh produce innovationsâÂÂare continuing their partnership with the American Heart Association (AHA) to raise awareness about how eating a high fiber, low fat diet rich in fruits and vegetables may reduce the risk of heart disease, and how individuals can join the fight against this deadly disease. As part of the American Heart AssociationâÂÂs campaign, âÂÂGo Red for WomenâÂÂ, Fresh Express and Chiquita are inviting consumers to join the fight and will donate $.10 from each purchase of specially marked salad blends and Chiquita Fruit Bites to the American Heart Association during the month of February.
