A corrupt detox center chases a legitimate treatment facility out of town.

The Northwoods Detox Center is known as "The Tox that Rocks" because they confiscate (and keep) the best stash. Their monopoly is threatened by a new Betsy Chrysler Center being built in Northwoods. They hatch a plan to frame Betsy Chrysler for public intoxication so that she'll leave town.
