I was curious about P Terry because my name is also P Terry, Paul Terry. I couldn't help notice how similar his business philosophy was to that of John Mackie, CEO of Whole Foods, who gave a talk at UT just a few days prior. He cares about his customers, pays attention to the details of his business, and strives to provide a comfort zone that harks back to the 60s.
