Expanded from 2009, the 2010 Workplace Matters Awards will not only honor professionals from the design industry but from the Human Resource front as well. This year, we will honour three BC designer(s) and an HR professional, with the theme: Double Duty.
In these economic times, individuals and organizations are having to do more with less. Where this can be a hardship, we at T.O.R. have witnessed some amazing creativity and innovation sparked by what would otherwise be seen only as constraint, and we want to acknowledge those who are expanding the boundaries of what great workplaces can be with their attention to detail and ability to sustainably create flexibility and multi-functionality in diverse environments.
