http://www.90DayBloggers.com - Today was day 13 of my P90X workout review, and I completed the Kenpo DVD again today.
I really enjoy this kenpo fighting workout, and my favorite routines are the moves done during the elbow series. It really reminds me of Muay Thai kickboxing.
I still need to work on getting more rest and also eating more food -- something I hope to improve on during the coming week.
