It's the near future and humankind have once again nearly destroyed the earth and it's people. Don Johnson stars as Vic, a super-horny teenager with his ultra cool and calm mutt, Blood. Together they struggle to find food, shelter...and sex. Blood & Vic are joined at the hip and can communicate telepathically.
