Alright I finally got this thing done lol!!!

This is a complete of PC Arcade Versions of the following games:

Mega Man 2: The Power Fighters
Street Fighter Alpha 1 - 3
Super Gem Fighter

Vampire Hunter 1 and 2
X-Men: Children of Atom
X-Men vs Street Fighter

Overall you guys got around 20 games!! This is pretty much an emulator with all the work done for you guys!!

The buttons are the following:

Insert Coin: 5
Start: 1
Punches: Q,W,E
Kicks: A,S,D

You may not have to insert a coin because I set most of the games to Free Play but just in case there you go!!
