The unfortunately deluded wannabe Phoebe Price is seen coming out of Mr. Chow and as always, begins to chat it up with the paparazzi, saying that she has to be at the Fox lot at 7 am to shoot a show. She then goes on to say that she needs to pump gas in Beverly Hills because that is where she lives. She then can't figure out the names of nearby cities. It's all a mess. Check it out!
