I consider the Therese musical score a masterpiece and it gives the film spiritual lift throughout the whole movie. It has vision and brings to the scenes a beauty that merges with acting and the score is nice easy listening music.

Sister Marie Therese Sokol combines her talents and experience as composer and professional cellist with her life in a Carmelite monastery. After receiving a degree in Music Performance from Indiana University and performing with the Omaha, Winnipeg and Vancouver Symphonies, she decided to leave it all behind to become a cloistered nun. "Little did I know when I entered the monastery, what opportunities for musical composition and performance would present themselves. THERESE has been a labor of love, and the score is an integral part of this beautiful film."
