Meeting October 15, 2012: Dr. Robin Wheatley "The Success of Toledo Early College High School Program" Dr. Robin Wheatley has served as the principal of the Toledo Early College High School since 2006. She will discuss the success the students in the TECHS Program have experienced. Robin has 23 years of successful experience in education. In her career, Dr. Wheatley has worked as a teacher, dean of students, counselor, guidance director, testing coordinator, assistant principal of curriculum and instruction, and in marketing and communications at Toledo Public Schools.
