Roused out of bed at an early morning hour by Feds, a young man learns that he is accused of a sinister plot to abduct a Supreme Court judge to force him into blackmail. Taken into custody, he's faced with the hardships from the inmates and officers of the jail that he now resides at. Because of his questioned innocence, he also faces the abandonment and betrayal of his father, as well its impact on the relationship with the woman in his life.
