A Federal class action case for $100 million has been filed against a major seller of home based travel
businesses. The defendants offered a monthly subscrption program similar to that of Resorts 360
(Resorts360 Vacation Club). The case was filed by forner members who say they were scam victims and are joining with other victime of the scam. Resorts 360 Vacation Club was not named in the class action.
Attorney generals from California and Illinois also filed suit against the defendants on behalf of scam
victims in their states. Resorts360 Vacation Club (Resorts 360) was not named in the California or Illinois lawsuits.
