An epidemic takes hold of the earth this time creating blindness in 95% of the population. A group of people are quarantined to an old, run down mental or hospital facility and that is where the character study begins. This film disappoints with characters that do not behave as one would expect. This film made me angry...and you don't want to see me review a film when I am angry.
