Tim Wells is a consultant and project manager with Halcrow Group Ltd. Halcrow specializes in the provision of planning, design, and management services for infrastructure development worldwide. With interests in transportation, water, maritime, and property, the company is undertaking commissions in over 70 countries from a network of more than 70 offices.
Tim provides Group wide support and advice on risk and decision analysis in a variety of disciplines including, flood risk, project risk, strategic planning, and formal uncertainty analysis. As part of this work Tim has helped apply @RISK software in a variety of projects to support decision making and add value to internal and external clients.
