UP - Citroën wants to set new standards in the class of mini vans with the all-new C4-Picasso. The C4 offers seven seats. Thanks to its airy design and its dimensions (length 4.59 m, width 1.83 m and height 1.66 m) seven passengers should have ample space in the three rows of seats.
