Muzaffarabad, PoK, Aug 06: Personnel of the paramedical unit in Muzaffarabad are an angry lot today. They are upset with the discriminatory and faulty policies pursued by the government. Thus in the absence of apt institutional structure there is no criterion of promotion for the staff, leave alone the reimbursement of their salaries in time.
