Sterling Construction Company Inc - STRL - reported that Ralph L. Wadsworth in conjunction with J. Banicki Construction Incorporated, its recently acquired Arizona-based subsidiary, was apparent low bidder on the $71 million Gateway Freeway State Route 24 project in Mesa, Arizona.
