Volkswagen NCC Concept. Volkswagen wants it all – to be fast, flirty AND fuel efficient, and plans on doing it with the New Compact Coupe, or NCC, premiering at the 2010 North American International Auto Show. The NCC is equipped with a production-ready hybrid system that teams a TSI, gasoline-powered four-cylinder engine with an electric motor and seven-speed DSG transmission, to get approximately 146-combined-horsepower and an estimated 45 miles per gallon.
