In any case, I get a ton done while working out on the recumbent bike. I am getting: 1) Aerobic benefit. 2) An education, something that applies to my field of endeavor or something I am highly interested in pursuing. 3) Weight loss. 4) Muscle strength and tone. 5) Neck pain, back pain, and sciatica relief and treatment through exercise! And several other benefits...all in one. So, and this is my point, when people say to me, "I don't have time to devote and hour or so a day to exercise!" I say, "Hog wash!"
