West Hartford’s population will grow by more than 1600 this weekend. Today kicks off move in day for first year students at the University of Hartford.

One unusual concern this fall is the H1N1 virus or swine flu. The university is taking preventative steps like establishing a web site about the illness with tips to keep students healthy.
