I friggin love this couple so much!!! I know this song is supposed to be Edward Elric from FullMetal Alchemist, but since Vic Mignogna does the voice of Tamaki, I couldn't resist. If you want a story for the video, I guess it would be that Tamaki wants to go home to France with his mom because he thinks he has no home/friends in Japan and realizes he has one in the Host Club... specifically Haruhi.
