Since the youth are the future, the motto of J.C. Crew is "Desire, Development, Succeed". Coach Bryce Jocelyn and Asst Coach Cedric Clements are excellent leaders for the boys and girls. Additional support is provided by Coach Glenn, Coach Antwan, Coach Danny, Coach Ise, and Director Roshanda.
