James Construction Group, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Primoris Services Corporation - symbol PRIM -, was awarded a $123.6 million contract from the Texas Department of Transportation to reconstruct and widen a portion of I-35 in Waco (Bell County), Texas. Work on this project is scheduled to commence in January 2012 and is expected to be completed by July 2015. This is the second I-35 contract won by Primoris’ subsidiary James Construction Group, which in July 2010 was awarded a $107 million contract by the Texas Department of Transportation for a 13.5 mile stretch of I-35 linking Waco and Austin. Recently, Primoris’ subsidiary James Construction Group was awarded a contract valued at approximately $43 million for the construction of a new bypass highway for the City of Copperas Cove, Texas. Primoris Services Corporation, through various subsidiaries, has grown to become one of the largest specialty contractors and infrastructure companies in the United States.
