Haiti has an ambitious plan to vaccinate 90% of its newborns by 2015. With obstacles such as civil war, earthquakes and hurricanes, Haitians must convince others to help fund this initiative. Despite decades of incompetent government and poor coordination with aid groups, most agree, a need for vaccinations in Haiti is a must.
