A fundamental question is addressed here, who is THE gospel addressed to? For many it is firmly fixed on the "outsiders", those outside of the redeemed within the church. Yet Jesus Christ, and Paul and all the Apostles were firmly focused on God's ELECT-those already redeemed by God, yet they were trying to "save" and "win" them. So the question posed and answered is-"win" those ALREADY redeemed to what?
