Protests in Tehran following announcement of election result
After the official announcement on 13 June of the of the results of the tenth presidential elections, the supporters of defeated candidate, Mir Hossein Mousavi, took to the streets of Tehran and a number of other cities and protested against Ahmadinejadâs victory over his rivals.
