Oklahoma football fans have plenty to be excited about in the 2008 College Football season. Quarterback Sam Bradford is coming off a record setting 36 touchdown passing performance in 2007 as a freshman. Oklahoma returns all 5 offensive linemen from a year ago that ranked 5th in the nation in sacks allowed and did an outstanding job in run blocking. Playmaking wide receiver Juaquin Iglesias returns for Oklahoma, as does their star running back DeMarco Murray and his 6 yards per gain from scrimmage last season. On defense the Sooners return 3 down lineman from a year ago that was one of College Football’s best last season. This team is a legitimate National Title contender but their secondary will be tested as the Big 12 Conference features the best quarterbacks in the nation as 11 starting quarterbacks return in 2008.
