Luang Por Bunyarit is a highly respected forest Monk who has been a disciple of Luang Por Chorp, one of the chief disciples of Tan Ajahn Mun, the father of the influential Thai forest tradition. He is 94 year old (in 2007) and lives and teaches on the outskirts of Bangkok.
