Geneva / Muzaffarabaad, Oct 18: Pakistan-occupied Kashmir holds dismal record in almost every sector be it health, education, employment etc. There have been little efforts to improve the scenario. As a result, the situation is getting worse from bad. Political activists claim that the dispensation in Pakistan hardly cares for the concerns of locals and is sheltering terrorists in the region to fulfil its own political agenda.
