Live from the red carpet premiere at Mann’s Chinese Theatre, Amanda Seyfried and Channing Tatum speak about their characters in the romantic love story “Dear John.” Savannah Curtis (Seyfried) is just a normal girl who knows what she wants out of life while John Tyree (Tatum) is a kid from the south seeking out his manhood through joining the military. All the while, he meets Savannah and through their intense love for each other they both discover a new, deeper meaning of life and what it’s like to truly love someone. The clip also features Richard Jenkins who plays John’s father and executive producer, Ryan Kavanaugh (Relativity Media & Rogue Pictures) and what drew him to taking on the film.
