This is the pretteh opening and ending theme from a rather hideous 1986 horror comedy OVA about a schoolgirl named Rumi Natsumi who moonlights as the manager of a callgirl centre and meets a boy who, perhaps in the style of DNA2, turns into a horrible monster when excited, in the hope of overcoming his problem together. Not as crap as it sounds.
