PAR Technology Corp - PAR - reported that it has completed the asset sale of its subsidiary, PAR Logistics Management Systems to ORBCOMM, for a total selling price valued at approximately $6M, comprised of cash and ORBCOMM common stock plus with a potential additional earn-out of $4M.
