Jing, the free application from Techsmith allows you to make screencasts 'on the fly'
In an earlier screencast I showed how to grab a quick image - this time we'll look at a screencast (video)

Having already downloaded and installed Jing, you will see the 'orange sun' image to launch the application, resting at the top of your screen.

Once you click on the "Jing Sun" - the satellites will pop-out ready for you to begin using the nifty screen capturing program
