Like the title says. The scene from Hare + Guu Deluxe where Hare gets drunk. Normal, then fast, then slow.

It is in Japanese, so don't expect to understand. Then again, it's funny anyway. :D Also, why does Guu sound like an Animal Crossing animal in fast-forward?
