Capital mall is pretty much the mall of the state of California. Mall as in outside big area, not so much as a place to go and shop. It has many things to see and one such thing is the rose garden. It has many different names that people know it by and one such name is then International World Peace Rose Gardens. I, Rico k, like it and give it a thumbs up.
