Faith works through love. That is why it is so vitally important to know that you are loved and accepted by God and that he wants to answer your prayers.

When people fall in love it is difficult to think of anything but the object of their love. Prayer involves this type of love for God. Hope Macdonald explains, "I like to think of prayer as a conversation between two friends who love and understand each other."
